I will not die an unlived life.
I will not live in fear
of falling or catching fire.
I choose to inhabit my days,
to allow my living to open me,
to make me less afraid,
more accessible;
to loosen my heart
until it becomes a wing,
a torch, a promise.
I choose to risk my significance,
to live
so that which came to me as
seed
goes on to the next as blossom,
and what which came to me as
blossom,
goes on as fruit.

forest pathThe Call of the Soul

In this Soul Quests workshop, we explore the call to Soul and one's search for his unique place in the world.

What is your deepest longing? What is the hidden gift you must bring forth to the world? Likely, it is hidden from you, as well, so how does one go about finding it? How does one begin to track Eros, the universal power of allurement and connection, to uncover its role in the soul's awakening. How does the soulful path relate to a spiritual path, and what is the difference? How do you stand in relation to the Four Orders of Mystery: Cosmos, Nature, Tribe and Self... or what is your relationship with the more-than-human world and the Sacred Other?

If something in you is stirring, curious about the Larger Story unfolding and your role in it, now is the time to heed the call of the Soul. What is the part of YOU that is holding yourself back? Consider this mysterious possibility: in your deepest wound awaits your greatest gift.

The Call of the Soul workshop evolved over years of facilitating men's groups that focused on creativity and Soul. During this weekend, both together and individually, we will begin to explore the Soul's summons to live a unique, creative life imbued with meaning. Step into the mysteries of Eros, Nature and psyche, and gather tools (creative process, dream work, deep imagery, journaling, nature connection, ceremony & ritual, body practices, etc.) to assist in creating a more soulful, authentic life steeped in imagination, creativity, wonder, and gratitude.
